PJ Kirby, Hardwicke Chambers will be speaking about compliance and relief from sanctions focusing on Costs Management and Budgeting from a case law perspective starting with a brief overview of the changes that happened before and after Jackson and then speaking about specific cases since the Silvia Henry case relating to Costs Management and Budgeting
Paul Shenton, Just Costs Solicitors is going to talk about Costs Management & Budgeting and 12 months on from Jackson and Just Costs' experiences since the Mitchell decision and the impact on expanding this across commercial courts and increasing the value to £10m
