We offer a complete costs recovery service, which includes drafting of bills, preparing replies to points of dispute, negotiating a settlement and attending detailed assessment hearings if appropriate. We also collect the settlement monies from defendants, including enforcement proceedings in required. We do not outsource any of this process, including our advocacy.

To help us deliver on our promises we have invested heavily in case management from Eclipse. Using the ‘Proclaim’ software, we can tailor our case management system to meet the needs of individual clients. We can (and do) accept instructions and files electronically.

• We are paid when you receive your costs - Our charges are generally deferred until your case is settled and you have received your costs cheque from the paying party.
• Reduced Administration - We can also collect monies from the other side, and hold clients monies, which can reduce your administrative overheads. We can then return your money to you by a BACS or a cheque payment – whichever is most convenient.
• Enforcement – We do not stop when a settlement has been achieved. Where necessary we will take enforcement proceedings on your behalf to ensure the money is realised
