Our clients are given the direct telephone and email details of the person who will be dealing with your file, and an acknowledgement email is sent to the fee earner when we receive you file for costing.
We keep our clients up to date each week by sending by email a report detailing all your cases, what stage they are at and who the file handler is.
We have worked in partnership with Eclipse Legal Systems to create a bespoke case management system which enables us to quickly and efficiently handle all our cases – from receipt to invoice. The system can also provide accurate management reports direct to our clients.
All our members of staff are given a comprehensive manual to assist their training programme. This involves familiarity with our case management system, working with clients and understanding relevant case law.
All staff members are given regular in-house training sessions to keep them up-to-date with the fast moving and sometimes complex world of costs law. Our staff are also encouraged to undertake relevant professional qualifications and continually develop their skills.
