Nic is the Commercial Legal Director at Just Costs.  North West born and bred, Nic has spent his legal career in Manchester training and qualifying as a solicitor in the Insurance Litigation team at Halliwell Landau specialising in industrial disease defence work.  Following that, he spent two years working in the Commercial Insurance team at Eversheds.  At 5 years qualified, Nic moved in house where he set up the legal department and processes for Dalkia Energy & Technical Services, a £150 million turnover company.  In 2006, he moved back into the insurance sector, working at the Financial & Legal Group of companies where he was, amongst other things, responsible for underwriting ATE insurance for Financial & Legal Insurance.

Joining Just Costs in 2009, Nic's role is to help develop business across the board but with a particular focus on delivering Commercial Costs work and assisting our clients with their own Commercial Litigation needs.  With his background in insurance, Nic is also able to assist our clients with queries they may have in this regard.
