Our staff are at the centre of our business.  We currently employ 90 staff across our 5 offices.  Our Fee Earners are highly experienced and we employ a wide range of qualified staff including Solicitors, Barristers, Costs Lawyers and numerous members of the Association of Law Costs Draftsmen (ALCD).

We are committed to the training and development of our staff.  We maintain a comprehensive training programme which encourages our staff to work towards qualifications relevant to their role and/or in order for them to progress further within the firm. In this respect, many of our Fee Earners have worked towards the ALCD or undertaken a Training Contract with us.
