24 & 25 JUNE : AvMA Annual Clinical Negligence Conference

University Place, Manchester

Just Costs exhibited at the AvMA Annual Clinical Negligence Conference which was held at Manchester University.  The Client Services team were delighted to welcome many familiar and new faces to our exhibition stand.

30 June : Just Costs Solicitors’ Annual Charity Golf Day 2011

Styal Golf Club, Station Road, Styal, Cheshire

We would very much like to thank all those that attended and supported our Annual Charity Golf Day that took place on the 30 June at Styal Golf Club. 

The weather was again on our side although we did have a down pour at 9.00 am in the morning. It was yet another fabulous day and we are delighted to announce that we raised an amazing £2,822.85 for this year's chosen charity Help for Heroes.

The Team who won the 4 ball competition was Delta Legal with Daren Ismay picking up the Frank Jackson Memorial Shield as team captain. Other team members were: Stuart Taylor (YourLaw4U), Gordon Healiss (Premex) and Ian Thompson (Reynards).

Just behind the winners and our runners up for 2011, were Greg Smyth and Chris Stevens of McKeowns Solicitors, along with our own Mark Hartigan and Carl Chester.

Trophies for the Longest Drive and Nearest the Pin went to Matt Jones from the Brain Injury Group team and David Oxley of Keypoint Law respectively.  David just missed out on winning the car on the 10th hole for a hole in one.

Following the golf there was a barbeque which was enjoyed by all.

Again, a huge thank you to everyone for making it such a great day!
