Costs Draftsmen
Manchester, Leeds & Chesterfield

Due to our rapidly growing client base we are looking for experienced Cost Draftsmen to join our Manchester & Leeds  offices.

Ideally candidates will have 2 years drafting experience, you will undertake preparation of bills and schedules of costs & draft replies where necessary.

Candidates should be IT literate as all work is prepared on an in-house case management system. Full & comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidates.

Costs Negotiators 
Chesterfield 

We are also looking to recruit a number of experienced Costs Negotiators to join our office based in Chesterfield.

Applicants should have experience of handling costs negotiations on behalf of Claimants and/or Defendants.

Commercial Costs Draftsman

Due to a growth in our commercial client base and the award of some high profile cases, we are looking to substantially grow our commercial costs team in London.  Ideally you will have at least 5 years’ commercial costs experience and be looking to increase your exposure to high value claims.

Main Duties:
Drafting Bills of Costs
Drafting Schedules of Costs
Preparing Points of Dispute & Replies
Providing Advice to clients
Attending Detailed Assessment Hearings

Essential Requirements:
At least 5 years’ commercial costs experience
Strong knowledge of CPR
Able to prepare bills electronically

Person Specification:
Hardworking and conscientious individual
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
